DMP have set up a dedicated in-house welder training facility to provide improved welding skills and increase capacity to meet growing customer demand.
Headed up by our resident senior welding engineer, the facility provides welder assessment and training from an introductory level for individuals with no prior experience to advanced skills and certification in all major welding processes to British and International coded standards.
This additional facility works closely with production departments to assess, recruit and provide the requisite skills, improved performance and personal development opportunities necessary to maintain world class supply of Metal Fabricated Products.
